This trip came around so fast, I can hardly believe it! But today I'm on my way to the US of A and I am so so excited. I've never been to America before and I can't wait to ride the tea cups at Disneyland and try Shake Shack in LA and freeze my butt off in the Big Apple. (Seriously, I'm getting off the plane in NYC and going to thermals shop immediately!) And I just know this whole trip is going to be Fun with a capital F because my completely awesome friend Jess is coming with me, on route to her new life in Canada. I have no idea how I'm going to come home without her, but I'm thinking there will be a lot of tears and sad movies on the plane ride back to Sydney...

My 1st cousin had it in NYC last year (I INSISTED she do so) and, well, she said it was probably THE best burger she's ever had.
